How long does production take?
Most pieces take 2–4 weeks to produce, as each is made to order. Rush timelines can sometimes be accommodated — just ask.
Can I customize a piece?
Absolutely. Johan works with custom orders regularly — different metals, inlay widths, ring profiles, gemstones, and engravings. Use the contact form to start a conversation.
What if I don't know my ring size?
Order the "Unknown – Send Ring Sizer First" option. A ring sizer set is included with your purchase — once it arrives, find your size and we'll begin production. You can also purchase a Ring Sizer, Custom Sizer Made to Order for $10 before placing your ring order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Johan ships worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout on the main store.
Response time is typically within 24–48 hours on business days. Johan is a solo maker, so please allow a little grace around holidays and production deadlines.
